Order Form
The Home & School Association offers school spirit wear for purchase. The sweatshirts ONLY may be worn any day over the regular required uniform (in lieu of the cardigan sweater). The spirit t-shirts may be worn on Spirit Day, which is the third Wednesday of every month starting in September of each school year. The jackets cannot be worn in the classroom. The orders will be filled approximately once weekly with the exception of the jacket orders which are special order. A MINIMUM of 12 orders must be received for either jacket before an order will be placed.
Order forms are sent home in your YO packets, are available in the school office or download a form. When ordering, please include Family Name, Student's Grade, and size information. Check out what's available:

Jacket (Special Order) The outerwear jacket is a 100% Taslan nylon water repellent shell, sweatshirt fabric fleece on body and hood for warmth, open bottom hem with drawcord and toggle, elastic cuffs with adjustable Velcro strap, locker loop, drawstring hood, slash pockets, and inside chest pocket with Velcro closure. Sleeves have 100% nylon lining for easy on/off. The outerwear jacket can be purchased in red or navy for $45.00. White A.S.C.S. lettering will be on the front left chest.

Fleece Hood Jacket (Special Order) The full zip hood jacket is 50/50 cotton/poly pill free fleece. Spandex in ribbed cuffs and waistband. Muff pockets. The jacket can be purchased in navy for $25.00. White A.S.C.S. Eagles lettering will be on the front left chest.
