Reenrollment and New Student Timeline
2010-2011
January 7, 2010 Reenrollment forms are sent to families
January 29, 2010 $425 of the $850 per child tuition deposit due with the signed Enrollment and Tuition Agreement and the signed Tuition and Fee Schedule to secure child’s spot for 2010-2011 In order to maintain current priority enrollment it is important this enrollment deadline is met. Your reenrollment is not guaranteed beyond this date if the deposit and agreement are not returned by January 29, 2010.
February 5, 2010 Limited financial aid is available. Financial aid applications completed online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Financial aid applications must be completed each year.
March 5, 2010 New student acceptance letters mailed
March 5, 2010 Financial aid award letters mailed for completed applications
March 23, 2010 New student tuition deposit due $850 per child
March 25, 2010 Financial aid acknowledgement letters due back
April 19, 2010 Returning Families:
§ Balance of tuition deposit due, $425 per re-enrolling child. $50 late fee will be applied if tuition deposit is not completed by this date
§ Families currently enrolled in FACTS, will automatically be reenrolled in FACTS unless the school is notified and tuition paid in full. Contact Laura Olson for any changes to account information.
§ Families not previously enrolled in FACTS, enrollment in FACTS completed online through link on the school website www.allsaintsk8.org
New Families
§ Completed FACTS enrollment on line through link on school website www.allsaintsk8.org if not paying the tuition in full.
April 19, 2010 Tuition payment in full due (cash or check only) in order to receive $100 per child discount (discount applies to each tuition paid in full)
June 2, 2010 Tuition payment in full (no discount) for families not enrolled in FACTS.
July 5 or 20, 2010 Begin drafts of 2010-2011 tuition payment via FACTS, either two or ten month draft plan, automatic tuition withdrawal.
