Holy Orders


Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time: thus it is the sacrament of apostolic ministry. It includes three degrees: episcopate (bishops), presbyterate (priests), and diaconate (deacons).

The religious life is a fulfilling and satisfying lifelong calling. If you are single, Catholic and 18 to 40 years old, join the 2009 Vocation Awareness Program. This is a weekend of talks, panel discussions, consultations and prayer hosted at Holy Trinity Seminary July 17 - 19. This weekend is a valuable tool that will help you discern your calling.
